JB has left on his trek to find his roots. He has been talking about this for some time, along with his desire to seek out the mythical Great Mother Bear; the wisest bear in the world.
He was waiting for the call of the wild to summon him, and lo and behold it came on the first day of Spring. While I and the other bears tried to help him prepare for the journey he ended up leaving quite spontaneously and without any supplies. “I must live in the woods with my animal cousins” he said as he sloped off into the trees.
Coincidently, the male servant’s visa card seems to have disappeared from his wallet.
Worc is going out each day trying to track him and carrying snacks in his beak, just in case JB is having difficulty ‘living off the land.’ A couple of days after he left he was seen at Mastodon Ridge chowing down on some Kentucky Fried chicken.
No doubt we will get the whole story, in verse, when he returns.
